STATUTORY GOALS

  • Promoting the well-being of persons who have had a traumatic or otherwise extreme professional experience during international deployment(s) or other civilian work in post-conflict, war and disaster areas.
  • Facilitating and stimulating recovery after such experiences.
  • Creating awareness in society and governments of the spiritual and emotional consequences of international deployment of civilians to the aforementioned areas.
  • Advocacy for this group of persons.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

  • Striving for successful process rather than predetermined outcome.
  • Creating optimal conditions for transformation rather than manipulating change.
  • Addressing systemic causes rather than resolving incidental problems.
  • Building relationships rather than inviting transactions.

REMUNERATION POLICY

In accordance with the Articles of Association (Statute), members of the management board do not receive any remuneration for their activities.

All Members of the Board adhere to the organisation's Code of Conduct.
