STATUTORY GOALS
- Promoting the well-being of persons who have had a traumatic or otherwise extreme professional experience during international deployment(s) or other civilian work in post-conflict, war and disaster areas.
- Facilitating and stimulating recovery after such experiences.
- Creating awareness in society and governments of the spiritual and emotional consequences of international deployment of civilians to the aforementioned areas.
- Advocacy for this group of persons.

REMUNERATION POLICY
In accordance with the Articles of Association (Statute), members of the management board do not receive any remuneration for their activities.
