Donation Terms and Conditions
These donation terms and conditions apply to any online donation made to Paradiso Perduto via www.paradisoperduto.org
On this website, the donor is asked to accept these donation terms and conditions by ticking a box.
Paradiso Perduto reserves the right to change the donation terms and conditions in the interim. Changes will be published on our website https://www.paradisoperduto.org/terms-and-conditions/
Rights and Obligations of Paradiso Perduto
Any payment made by a donor via www.paradisoperduto.org accrues to Paradiso Perduto and will be used by Paradiso Perduto in accordance with its statutory goals and activities.
With regard to the donation of specific items via the Donation Shop on our website, we will endeavour to use your donation (monetary or in kind) in accordance with the item as described. If the item in question is no longer needed due to changed exigencies of the organisation or because it has already been donated by another party, we will use your monetary donation for a similar type of item.
Refunds are not possible.
Paradiso Perduto will take appropriate measures to secure the transfer of data in the scope of this action. Persons who are authorised on behalf of Paradiso Perduto to view this data are obliged to observe confidentiality, subject to legally permissible exceptions.
Rights and Obligations of the Donor
The donor cannot derive any rights from an online donation other than that Paradiso Perduto will use the donation in accordance with its statutory goals and activities.
To be able to make a donation the donor must be 16 or over. The donor is required to correctly indicate his/her name and identity. The donor will make the donation using means that he/she may dispose of and has control of.
Privacy
Paradiso Perduto processes the personal data provided by the donor in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, including in particular the rules pursuant to or under the Personal Data Protection Act.
These personal data are processed by Paradiso Perduto for the purpose of settling donations as meant in these conditions, for carrying out marketing activities as far as related to Paradiso Perduto’s statutory goals, its mission and vision (unless the donor indicates otherwise), as well as to enable it to comply with legal obligations.
